The church shall elect such standing committees, consisting of church members only, as may be deemed necessary to carry out the various phases of the program of the church efficiently and effectively. In any event, the church shall have at all times the following standing committees:

4. Building Maintenance
5. Grounds
6. Benevolence
7. Counting
8. Recreation and Sports
9. Ushers
10. Flower
11. Personnel
12. Nursery
13. Youth
14. Children
15.Committees on Administration of Ordinances
16. Prayer Garden
17. Transportation
18. Decorating (Special Events/Holidays)
19. Homecoming Coordinators
20. Scholarship (Ministerial Students)
21. Trustees
22. Messengers to the Association
